Process Solutions provides a Distributed Control System, customized to the specific installation. We provide a total cement plant solution, working with you to interface with lab systems, loading and other systems.
At the typical price of a PLC/MMI installation the fully functional UNISON system will:
- Provide diagnostic tools so powerful that our clients seldom take an unplanned shutdown twice for the same reason.
- Provide a fully integrated historical system which allows you to view your process at any point in the past with no loss of detail using the same graphics you see for control
- Provide a fully functional console on any Windows desktop.
- Provide an alarm system which automatically screens alarms to produce only those of immediate interest to the operator.
- Eliminate the need to update multiple databases, multiple console graphics and communication servers.
