During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at PSCL.

Social Distancing & Sanitation Best Practices

We have implemented “social distancing” to help combat the spread of COVID-19. We have empowered our staff to work from home where possible, and taken additional precautions to ensure offices and locations where employees continue to work are cleaned and sanitized regularly. This shift has been relatively smooth and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and responsiveness.

Ensuring Continuity of Service

We recognize the critical role our technology plays in your business success. In fact we are aware that Self Service Loading by PSCL is being actively promoted by producers as a means to reduce human contact. I’d like to assure you that our Customer Support and Integration groups are fully staffed and ready to respond to your service calls to ensure the ongoing delivery of product in the safest manner possible. We have limited non essential business travel, but are committed to staying in contact with our partners through conference or videoconference calls. In cases where a site visit for installation or support services is required, we will work with the site to ensure this is done in the safest manner possible.
